To all our clients, friends and consultants- What a year 2011 has been! And I’m talking about the cataclysmic events of this year that have happened elsewhere both in NZ and also overseas- not to mention the All Blacks and RWC victory as well.
Architecturally though in a year that was very tough in most quarters , we have had some great highs - A National Award winning building and all the kudos that goes with that , the major ASB Theatre Refurbishment Project now on site and due for completion stage 1 in March 2012 ,and increased residential activity, plus securing some new staff -and all this balanced against a lack of Local Authority spending, the early quarter’s patchy workload ,in a market that is still technically in recession. Archoffice has performed exceptionally well this year and with our forward workload has a solid platform going into 2012.
We are all looking forward to a well earned break and some summer sun and all the good things that go with it too as I’m sure you all are.
So thanks to all those who have supported us and contributed to Archoffice this year . We look forward to spending time and working with you all again in 2012.
Merry Xmas Directors and staff
