The site is located towards the western end of Beach Haven Road with elevated views over the upper Waitemata Harbour, Catalina Bay and Hobsonville. The form of the houses is reminiscent of boatsheds that line the bay, with gable forms leading from the street to the sea.
The site slopes steeply providing all 11 dwellings with views to the harbour from living rooms and the master bedrooms. All units have a northern facing garden space and decks with a view to the south and west.
